Mission

The Joint Observatory Students Teachers Against War Normalization is a body born from the “War Repudiation” motion approved by the Academic Senate of the University of Parma on July 23, 2024.

Objectives

The Observatory aims to:

  • Promote peace and intercultural dialogue
  • Monitor academic collaborations to avoid supporting conflicts
  • Support researchers and students in conflict zones
  • Raise awareness in the university community on peace issues

ParTeR Working Group

The ParTeR Working Group (Participatory Teaching and Research) constitutes the operational nucleus of the Observatory, coordinating participatory research and teaching activities.
